Modern Multidisciplinary Research Review (MMRR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal dedicated to publishing high-quality and original research from a broad range of academic and professional disciplines. The journal provides an inclusive scholarly platform for researchers, academicians, educators, industry professionals, policymakers, and students to communicate innovative ideas, research findings, critical reviews, and practical solutions addressing contemporary global challenges.
MMRR promotes multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research by encouraging meaningful collaboration among the sciences, social sciences, humanities, technology, management, education, healthcare, law, environmental studies, and other emerging fields. The journal recognizes that many modern research problems cannot be effectively understood through a single disciplinary perspective and therefore supports studies that integrate knowledge, theories, methodologies, and professional practices from different areas.
The journal welcomes theoretical, empirical, analytical, experimental, qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research. It also publishes review articles, case studies, conceptual papers, technical reports, comparative studies, and multidisciplinary research addressing academic, industrial, social, technological, economic, cultural, and environmental concerns.
The scope of Modern Multidisciplinary Research Review includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
The journal particularly encourages research that connects academic knowledge with practical applications and offers evidence-based solutions for communities, institutions, industries, governments, and society. Priority is given to studies demonstrating originality, methodological strength, scholarly relevance, and potential academic or societal impact.
All manuscripts submitted to MMRR undergo an initial editorial screening to evaluate their relevance to the journal's scope, originality, academic quality, ethical compliance, and adherence to submission requirements. Manuscripts that successfully complete the preliminary evaluation are processed through a rigorous double-blind peer-review system, in which the identities of authors and reviewers remain confidential.
Independent subject experts assess manuscripts on the basis of originality, research design, methodological accuracy, clarity of presentation, validity of findings, academic contribution, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's multidisciplinary readership. The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief or the authorized editorial team after considering the reviewers' recommendations.
Modern Multidisciplinary Research Review follows an open-access publishing model. All published articles are made freely and permanently available online, enabling readers to access scholarly content without subscription charges or institutional access barriers. The journal's open-access approach supports wider dissemination, improved research visibility, academic collaboration, and the global exchange of knowledge.
MMRR is published on a biannual basis, with two regular issues released each year. The journal may also publish special issues, supplementary issues, or thematic collections when approved by the editorial board. Any special publication is managed according to the same editorial, ethical, and peer-review standards applied to regular issues.
The journal is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics, academic integrity, transparency, accountability, and responsible research conduct. Authors are expected to submit original work, properly acknowledge all sources, disclose relevant competing interests, obtain necessary ethical approvals, and avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, inappropriate authorship, and other forms of research misconduct.
The editorial team evaluates ethical concerns fairly and objectively and may issue corrections, retractions, expressions of concern, or other appropriate notices when required to protect the reliability and integrity of the scholarly record.
The mission of Modern Multidisciplinary Research Review is to strengthen communication across academic disciplines, encourage responsible and innovative research, and support the publication of knowledge capable of contributing to scientific development, social progress, professional practice, institutional improvement, and sustainable global advancement.
Through an accessible and academically rigorous publishing platform, MMRR seeks to foster collaboration among scholars from different regions and disciplines while promoting diverse perspectives, emerging research areas, and meaningful solutions to complex contemporary issues.
